TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our ponies may leave hoof imprints on lawns or grassy areas. We do our best to minimise this, but Essex Confetti Ponies cannot be held liable for any damage or mud. All waste will be removed before we leave
Ponies must not be fed during an event unless explicitly authorised by the handler
Please notify us if any dogs will be part of the ceremony
We require notification in advance if there are any planned fireworks, bouncy castles or loud noise distractions.
Anyone handling the ponies are advised to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water afterward. Hand sanitiser will be provided
We reserve the right to leave immediately if the ponies become distressed or agitated, they are mistreated in any way, instructions from staff are ignored by guests, or we feel it is unsafe to continue
No booking will be accepted until we have assessed the venue. This can be done via a site visit, photographs or google maps
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
Any verbal or written abuse, including threats to staff or ponies, will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund
A check list will be provided after booking and must be signed before the event. Essex Confetti Ponies is not liable for accidents resulting from failure to follow the checklist
All deposits are non-refundable unless Essex Confetti Ponies cancel
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 working days prior to the event. This final payment is non-refundable.
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date in our diary
It is your responsibility to inform us of any possible access issues or parking issues
You may take photos during our visit. We may occasionally use any photos we take for publicity/marketing. Please let us know if you are unhappy with this
You understand there is an inherent risk associated with pony interactrions. Essex Confetti Ponies are not liable for any injury or accident occurring at the event
All children must be supervised by a parent or a responsible adult at all times while close to the ponies
In the case of extreme weather (e.g. heavy rain, high winds, excessive heat) we may cancel the booking for saftey reasons. We will assess the situation the day before and aim to reschedule where possible. If no new date can be arranged, your booking will be canceled and a full refund issued.
You will be asked about the access and suitability during booking. If we arrive and the location is unsafe or unsuitable for the ponies, we will leave immediately and no refund issued
Guests, particularly children, are discouraged from running around behind the ponies for safety reasons.
Please inform us of any known allergies ( e.g. hay, animal dander) in advance so we can make any necessary accommodations.
By booking with Essex Confetti Ponies you confirm that you have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
